Haranah Tours Corporation once again joins the Philippine delegation under the Department of Tourism and Tourism Promotions Board at the ITB Berlin 2017 last March 8-12, 2017.
Held at sprawling exhibition grounds of the Messe Berlin over the course of 5 days, the event is available to trade companies for exclusive B2B opportunities for the first 3 days and open to the general public on the last 2 days.
This year’s Philippine delegation headed by Department of Tourism Secretary Wanda Corazon Tulfo-Teo is the largest to attend the event so far, with over 14 tour operators and 14 hotels and resorts. Around five of the participants are first timers, indicating the rising European arrivals to the country. The country’s representatives specify (1) increase of German arrivals to the Philippines (2) establishment and renewal of linkages with travel partners (3) and showcase the latest developments in the tourism industry to position the country as an attractive and competitive destination as some of the top priorities for the event.
