Preliminary competitions around the host country Philippines was concluded on November 29, 2017 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater, Resorts World Manila. Francielly Ouriques of Brazil wins the crown, while top awards went to Louisa Brown of Australia for Miss Congeniality and Best National Costume to Rita Nurmaliza of Indonesia.
